• PROMPT SHIPMENT of instruments and accessories by customer-prescribed carriers from Pittsburgh, PA USA.
• STANDARD CALIBRATION of instruments is performed in our service department in accordance with ASTM and NIST standards, and calibration certificates are provided, FREE of CHARGE with initial shipment.
• SPECIAL CERTIFIED CALIBRATION ISO17025, NIST traceable and ASTM Standard Certifications can be provided to such products as Hardness Testers, Surface Roughness Testers, Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges Gloss Meters and Ultrasonic Flaw Detector. We also offer CERTIFIED and CALIBRATED test blocks for above mentioned products.
• REPAIR of instruments sold by PortableTesters.com is handled by our on-staff technician.
• WARRANTY SERVICE is free for a period of 18 months after purchase of an instrument. The warranty covers only defects caused by faulty material (includes electronics) or workmanship.
• REPAIR OF IMPACT PROBES FOR COMPETITIVE LEEB'S HARDNESS TESTERS is offered through the use of new methods of maintaining the impact bodies. For example, serviceable impact bodies can be furnished for Equotip instruments thereby allowing easy replacement of worn carbide balls only and not the entire impact body.
